I believe usability goes hand in hand with design. Form follows function. There is no point in having a beautiful interface if your users can't create a true connection with it or get their work done.
When I'm not working, I like to play around on Codepen, get inspired on Dribbble, catch up on Medium, go to meetups and check out new apps and products and see what's out there and how people are doing things in the digital world.
